Hey Carl, digging for gold???? Looks like you have your work cut out for you. How much deeper you got to dig to get to the rest of the pipe???

 

Morning all:
I think I can tie into the pipe I have exposed. There's a trap at the bottom of it, and then it goes horizontal over to the main line. I thought the main line was below where I opened up the concrete! Just need to hook up the shower and washer drain to it. Should be OK.

 

That was no namby pamby swing.

 

That's a ship I would love to serve on...maybe if I was just a little younger.

Susan has one hell of a swing, hate to get her mad and be on the receiving end.

 

Was at the son's house today. Put in a new programmable thermostat(old one wouldn't allow heater to shut down when temp reached), checked out heater, then helped clear some of the jungle in front of the house while my son cut the grass. Going back over tomorrow.

 

Looks like the work could be never ending.

 

Good Morning all...found this article about Doolittle's Raiders. I had read a book about the Raiders when I was a kid and now this Veterans Day will probably be the last for a few of the remaining 4. A BIG SALUTE to all Veterans and God Bless.

Not too many of out WWII Vets left. I will be in church this morning with a WWII vet that also served in Korea and Vietnam, he also does senior Olympics. He will have a seat of Honor at tomorrow's Veterans Day remembrance tomorrow. I will be there taking some pics that I will share.

I hope all of us are able to attend a remembrance tomorrow.

 

Taking the last ww2 vet we know out to breakfast tomorrow. Hes 90 now and the last of his unit left..

 

Thank him for his Service from me Tom...We have a Veterans Day Rememberance where I live and the Veterans relate stories from their time in service. We don't have any WW II Vets, but we do have Korean and Viet Nam Vets.

 

My sincere thanks to both gentlemen as well.
