I've got a few things to transfer from garage to shed, so we can get both vehicles in. Freezing rain last night/this morning...hate that stuff. And we'll finally R2 the kitchen faucet today.

Grand kids spent the night, so I'm passing time until the house starts to wake up and I can cook breakfast. I slept as long as I could. Gotta stay quiet or Kristi will :smack:me. Started to work on moving the stuff, but it'll be much easier in the daylight. ;)

:laser: Blast those germs ... you don't need a re-attack.

My buddy has one from NAPA that I really like. It'll be what I buy when my current Schucks (now O'Reilys) el cheapo wears out. Or one of the boys finally get their own garage and give me an excuse to start giving them garage stuff. ;)

Pretty sure this is the one: http://www.napaonline.com/Catalog/CatalogItemDetail.aspx/Floor-Jack-3-5-Ton/_/R-NLE7916420_000001739

It's heavy at 112 lbs, so not one to be picking up or tossing around. $199 at my local NAPA store in Palmer.

NAPA also has a 2 ton model that's 47 lbs. :notsure: on that one, but it looks cool...shiny aluminum I think.

you STILL haven't gotten the garage cleaned up? You've been talking about that since you came back! What's the hold up?

This cold knocked me on my butt big time, definitely don't want it back. I just hope it hasn't spread around the office.

3.5 ton? That's beefy. He has a 2.5 ton that's probably as old as me and it has a slow leak so you have to keep pumping it back up or throw some jackstands under the vehicle. Really not safe and a pain in the ass.

 Not my fault. Kristi's been parking in there for 3 or 4 weeks now. She conveniently offered up some temp storage to the kids on my side. They're getting the rest of their stuff today. The rest of the stuff are toys for the grandkids that she wanted me to hold off on moving to the shed until the snow showed up. I got all "my Summer toys" put away a month ago or more. It's only a 5 or 10 minute job to move that stuff.

You could get one of those surgical masks ... and one glove for the hand you have to pick up things with around the office. MJ style...;)

Kids are up ... catch you later.

Not yet. I'm just in a spot that is way to wide open with my boss sitting in plain view of my monitor. I surf some on my phone, but posting isn't that easy from a phone and also looks bad playing on my phone all the time.

    Oh well.

Afternoon on my side of the country :D,

    Ms.Lisa,

My floor jack assortment dwindled down enough that the "Boss":p actually went shopping with me for a new one and Sears surprised us with a GREAT DEAL..

    http://www.craftsman.com/craftsman-...p-00950188000P?prdNo=4&blockNo=4&blockType=G4

I purchased this whole kit for le$$ than that price ( Autozone had a 1-1/2 ton kit and Sears price matched that price ;) ) once we mentioned we were Craftman Club members...

Dam jack is beefy BUT does take up a little more garage space as the handle stays attached; small price to pay for a tool that can do anything too the Taco effortlessly....

PLUS, who does not need another set of GOOD jack-stands...and the Creeper is great also, rolls across my New England asphalt easily...

you should tell your company to find you a new contract...this one isn't working out

well dad already has that exact creeper and he has two sets of jackstands so the set wouldn't really be needed, just the jack.
