    Yes, our 1450 had the cardboard too and we just took it off, cleaned it, rattle can, and replaced it with a rubber mat to avoid any direct vibrations to the bladder from the bottom.

    Strap may be too long. Could have been a packing mistake. If you can mount it up 1/2" higher or so you should be good. But the angle does not look like it should be binding yet.

    Yeah I think I will be moving it up 1/2". The wheel only rotates a third and if I lift it slightly it will rotate fully and freely.

    You could also twist one end 180* to shorten the strap.

    That is the whole reason I didn't jump on his kit last night when he posted it. My MT front end is already miles ahead of my rear so the rear is getting done first.

    Only reason im doing the new kit is because it was offered to me. In the end, I will only be out the cost of some new 10s. Rear LT will come. Plus I don't abuse my truck as much as most of the LT guys do as of now so Im in no rush. :)
