Are they angled at all or do the sliders just come straight out?

So Toyota has a life time corrosion on frame. By welding sliders to the frame ..do you possibly void your warranty here considering you have an off road vehicle that may end up rusting over time

I didn't know Toyota had a lifetime warranty against corrosion on the frame.

Trail gear bolt-on sliders. BLHM, AUX relayed fuse block, Plastiderp, Diff breather mod, Paracord handles, Trex eyelids, Spacer lift (for now), Magnaflow offroad series cat-back exhaust. sound system, limo tint on all windows excluding windshield. all pro rear bumper with side plates
Yeah I finally got all the holes drilled in the frame after about 6 hours and multiple bits. The unibit step-bits ended up working the best. And then as we went to go install, some of the holes didn't line up.... I'm giving up with these I'm selling them and buy allpro sliders.

Honestly the trail gear bolt on sliders were so poorly designed and thought out when I comes to mounting it. I'm really pissed off with them since when I ordered mine I got 2 left sided sliders and didn't realized it until I went to put them on after they were already powder coated.

They are straight, yet another flaw in them....

I like the straight design since my wife and 4 year old use them as a step. The frame rust is not an issue since I coat my frame every year and clean after off roading each time. For the price I could not beat the rocker protection.

Eww I wish they were angled...I guess that means that when it becomes time for me to get sliders I'll have to get the DIY set

you could always notch the straight tubes and angle them up the desired amount, and re weld them
