Frustrated, dead lifting today struggled doing 30lbs lighter then last week for same reps. Added box jumps and lunges to end as punishment.

I can do length and two 20kg plates so.. roughly 34".. thinking of building my own. I just looked them up online and cost 135$ plus shipping??? E.A.D.

Yeah, I bet you can do your own for less than $30. Of course, it won't have the "cool" Rogue logo though

Costco has Combat Powder for cheap and it's tasty as fuck! Almost good enough to take for every meal but I use it in a pinch on my way out the door kind of thing. Those carbs are so low in that diet that alone would make someone shredded in 3 weeks. I may try the workout as high reps always feel good if the right exercise is chosen. I may try chins, dive bomber push ups and curls/press downs for a decent pump.

I've been working some lower rep strength stuff and feel flat without the high reps. Also, training for a mararthon and ran a half last weekend. Weights still good and strength too. It's looking like both can be done at the sme time as long as it's balanced. Definetly not sporting my 6 pack anymore as I've simply needed lots of carbs to get me through 2+ hour runs every week but bf still 12-15% so not terrible.

Sweet! I would really like to do that as well at some point in my life. I am really putting the work in and hoping to be there someday. I have to get real big though, my genetics aren't naturally nice to me (short biceps, flat calves, etc), but we are working through it. Good luck to you!

Nothing some stencils and spray paint won't fix. :D

The CF gym I worked at for a bit, the dude made his own boxes. Worked great. Just grab the 36" and start stacking plates.

haha yeah man I finally got a chunk of time where I can just focus on myself and just work for cash... so I decided before my life gets serious in May that I check something off of my bucket list

I've been just gaining size the past 3 months so this dude is going to get me leaner while bulking.. pretty rough to do but he trains a lot of people so we'll see... right now im sitting at 15.57% BF and I need to lose 9% by April. He told me nows the perfect time because we're not so close... homeboy is doing a show in april too so it works out for me... he competing for his pro card so Im glad I signed up with him now before he's pro and charges up the ass haha

    haha me too ;)

yeah before today i've never really gotten my BF professionally tested... Ive always guessed and I've been right so far. But if you ever do make sure you always get it tested by the same person, in the same spots. Or else youll get mixed reviews

its all about hard work and what you want brother... We're all here to help you

    Current pics?

I would already begin prep for that .....20 wks makes it a nice prep ...in case something happens (injury, illness) u can rebound from it if ur ahead of schedule...plus a longer diet will make for less drastic changes....just my .02
