Need to Know what this Part is

I bought my truck used and the guy who owned the vehicle before me painted the plate where the window module and power locks are mounted to. The paint had rubbed off so I removed it, repainted it and was putting the door panel back on. This is my luck--While plugging in the power door module, the control popped out of the door and landed on the concrete driveway breaking the corner off. I need to order one, but do not know what the part is called. Does anyone here know what it is called?

 

just to be more clear, it is the plastic panel that a piece is broken off of (where the controls mount under). I want to get a new one for the front doors. He painted them black and from the looks of it, paint had rubbed off on the side (my guess is from his leg rubbing against it).

 

I will as soon as I can get to my vehicle today.

 

im going to take a guess and say you are talking about the armrest piece the window controls ETC.
