    I'm averaging 22-23 mpg and squeezed 25.2 on one trip. I have and 08' Access Cab with the 4.0L. I'm using a Automatic (google automatic driving assistant) plugged into the OBDII port and which sends the data to my iPhone5s. I also replaced the factory equipped ballon feeling tires with some high-end Michelins. The tires is where I noticed my biggest gain. I also have a drop-in K&N but am looking to do IHE to get better numbers. I try to keep it a 70mph which can be hard on Chicago freeways.

    I just put the K&N air intake system on my 2012 Taco that has a 4 cylinder 2.7L engine. Gas Mileage was terrible and performance was dog slow. The K&N air intake system really helped me with pickup and fuel economy. Now, if I can just slow down, I might get even better gas mileage.
