    Yeah, well I'm not paying anywhere near that much! Haha. And I need a garage so bad. This one has a loft in it, plus 10 foot tall doors. My garage at my house wouldn't fit my stock truck on 15's with no tires, just to give an example.

    The only tax you pay in NH is property tax. This is a blessing and a curse. I think it's $14k just in land tax, plus utilities? Not to mention getting the little things like a dump permit and buoys for the boats, having someone put the dock in the water, filling the massive propane tank (we have a whole-home generator for power loss in winter to prevent burst pipes, so we need all the propane we can get). I'd still love to live there.

    The other problem is finding employment that could sustain that home in bummfuck NH
