I can tell you this ...I have tried PHs before without a proper off cycle---my test levels went to 10...yes-10. Life was hell.

I can never, and will never recommend a PH.

Similar experience. Which is why I try to inform people of what their getting into before they try things. Severe metabolic damage can occur if done improperly. I know first hand. It has taken me a long time to recover from an improper cycle. I will never recommend a ph, but know that I can't stop people from utilizing them as some of them do work. Just please do your own research before taking things. And know that an Oct pct will not be enough, don't fall into sup company traps.

An OTC post cycle will NOT help you. Don't be fooled.

Can never be too cautious. Like using clips on the smith machine

That's why, when people come in to the gym and ask if we have PH's for sale, I always ask these 2 questions:

    1. what liver protector are you using?
    2. what's your PCT?

If they can't answer both of those, I won't sell them anything lol. I think, for some mild PH's, OTC stuff may be okay. But if you're going to take a PH, why the hell would you want it to be a mild one?! Nolva and Clomid are definitely the safe way to go, even with mild ones, just to be sure. You can get legal nolva nad clomid w/o a perscription...it just has to be for "testing purposes" lol.

Also, this might be a bit taboo, but I believe if someone is going to do a PH, they should just go straight to test. I think injectables and orals are both stupid and I only did orals b/c I was curious (stupid), but I read and read and read some more, so I knew what I was doing. The negatives just outweigh the positives IMO

    Pro hormone lol.

There's a guy that comes in 3 days a week here. He's strong as shit, but fat as shit, as well. Probably, 250 lbs. and around 5'10'', but he benches 405! He wears gloves, wrist straps, a knee brace, and a belt EVERY TIME he comes in. The bad part about all this is, since I've been working here, I've never seen this dude hit legs once. He back/bi's, chest/tri's, and shoulders and that's it!

legs today, looking forward to the new workout my buddy turned me onto. Seems to get me way more sore by focusing in a tighter region of each muscle group during sets. While also doing a high to low pyramid.:)
