I think most people use the heater core and use their a/c controls to work the heat.

It does what I wanted them for, illuminating the grassy sides of 2-lane country roads so I can see the deer better.

That angle also illuminates the sides of tight trails nicely as well.

Thanks! Everything didn't quite line up being a '12 but a little dremel work and I got it to fit well.

I figure with the intercooler it should happen pretty regularly. The 1.5 mile trip up to the grocery store this afternoon came pretty close to =.

Loco, here's a few things that I remembered to take pics of for the install. You will have to elongate some of the mounting holes since the template isn't perfect for our trucks.

Inner Fender cuts viewed through the 4 1/8" hole
    [IMG]

Remove the seams on one of the elbows so you can fit it through the inner fender into the engine bay.

And I added a 1/8"NPT air compressor drain valve in case of heavy snow or rainfall. NYCO had some issues with his in heavy snow and it causing the engine to no longer run when it got too wet. Most likely won't see that kind of snowfall but it's nice in case I do.

Also, I have 105mm hole saw and mandrel I'll make you a good deal on :D

Yes I did the A-pillar mount and no I didn't cut it. Sits pretty close to flush with my roof rack.

Hmmmm. Seen some guys running it without the a pillar mount with no issues.

I don't see any issue with doing that. It's pretty darn sturdy with the 5 bolts in the fender.

Also, forgot to mention that I cut about 3/8" off the elbow-to-snorkel connection on the elbow side, otherwise it protruded through the fender and wouldn't allow the snorkel to fit snug against the fender.

Only reason I want to see that again is to get to the top of it. It beat us the one time I tried it.
