    I had a Viper 4105 remote start keyless entry installed. No need for alarm since the truck is garaged most of the time. American radio here in knox did the install. It was 327.89 installed took them about 4 hours. Taking it back tomorrow though. I found out they can't hook up the beep/ for lock unlock. But instead can hook up a buzzer for it.
    Or horn. So going to go that route and get them to reprogram the remote start to stay on for 24 minutes instead of factory programmed 10 minutes

I may get one this winter, but will probably have best buy do i. or my brother is good friends with a guy that works at best buy that does all the stereo installs and stuff, may pay him on the side to do it.

    Screw waiting. Just went out and found the program button and did the damn thing myself. Woo hoo. Got horn on lock double horn on unlock. 2 pushes on button to start instead of 1 ( I can see myself starting the truck in my pocket). And upgraded the time from 10 minutes to 25 minutes. That way when I start my 2nd cup of coffee in the morning the truck will start and be ready by the time I finish.
