I keep seeing all these trucks with dirty fives and neatly trimmed fenders. Pretty sure I'm warming up to the idea... It was really bad when I looked thru that 3" lift 2nd gen 4x4 no body lift with 35's thread!

 

i lookd through that shit too now im looking for 35s

 

This may be the worst dilemma ever, lol. I love the idea of the extra ground clearance but I already hammer my fender wells with 285's so I'd guess even with trimming/cutting I would hammer that area even more. 255's are tempting if you can get over the skinnyness, the mpg's are great. 285's are a good middle ground but hard to settle when you know you can stuff more meat in there.
What to do what to do, tires are on last leg, it's crunch time.

 

haha! do you have stock front bumps Tyler? Also, do you get coil bind with your 700's? I noticed I do with the superbumps when i'm romping... probably need to lay off the skinny pedal

Ya, stock bumps. Don't think it get any bind, I seldom mash that pedal. Have hammered it enuf to tear into the fender wells with the UCA an tires and no signs of bind. I try to avoid that for the most part but some of the terrain down here makes it tough at times, wide open desert sorta eggs ya on, especially after a few refreshments
