Ha walkup stairs? I couldn even walk across the damn gym yesterday after my second set on the inverted squat rack. Started at 395lbs focusing the muscle (kept within the bottom 6-8" of movement perpendicular to body only moving within range of quad focus) dropping 20 lbs over a range of 80lbs each drop occuring at complete fail. Did three sets of that for every workout. Fucking palms of my feet were on fire...... then did the same thing on calf raisers, and leg curls. Then abs to finish it up.

    Is that code for penis?

LEG DAY!!!! tweaked my groin a little at soccer practice so i thought i wasn't going to be able to do much, but deep squats seemed to stretch it out and "untweak" it. still took it easy today but felt great

i think i could lose weight and see better gainz if i could stop boozing so much :derp:

I found that getting baked before the gym ensures that I go to complete fail every time on every workout.

What gym you hit Duradura? Base or you got a membership? Could always use another gym partner when you move on down to the sunshine state.

Did the workout b yesterday (leg day) and it was insane! My quads hurt like hell today. I hate cardio, but I really like the cardio in this workout bc it's broken up between walk/run. The only thing I'm gonna modify on this workout is what I do for the 2nd Workout a and b day because it just has you repeating the first workouts, so rather than focusing on quads on the next b workout, I'll focus on the back of my legs. And with the A workout, rather than doing flat bench, military press, tricep kick backs, curls and rows, switch to incline bench and other stuff for the corresponding muscles, so that I'm not just doing the same thing day after day. Other than that, I love it. Never done high reps or a circuit like this before, so it's a good change

well here in New Mexico I go to a fitness club, less people, newer machines, and it has a shit ton of amenities.. The gym on base is always crowded because its convenient for every single person that works on base xD haha... We'll see what Luke's gym looks like.... but Im 90% positive ill need a membership elsewhere

dude, if i got baked before hitting the gym, i would never make it to the free weights.....i would just stare at the snack machine for an hour and a half and then eat cheetos, standing on a treadmill, watching the televisions

Well I hit 24hour, bout 30 a month but I can use any sport or active 24 on the west coast at anytime. You gonna live on base?

I started cramming my house with veggies and fruits instead of crap to combat the munchies. And I get super motivated with the tree I have right now. Hit it for at least an hour to hour and a half when I do.

Heyooo..That epismash was released from Blackstone Labs today.. heres the description for those that were helping me out yesterday..

What is this 6-chloro that's in EPI Smash (along with the Epistane - 10mg per cap)?
    6a-Chloro-androst-4-en-17b-ol-3-one - 20mg per cap
    · Powerful anabolic, rated at 300:80 (anabolic:androgenic) vs. testosterone.
    · Cannot convert to estrogen; immune to the effects of aromatase. · Intrinsically active compound /w no conversion required.
    · Non-methylated, yet resistant to some aspects of CYP-mediated metabolism due to the Chloro group at C6.
6a-Chloro-androst-4-en-17b-ol-3-one represents the next generation of legal androgens: Extremely effective, dry, and non-methylated, it stacks well with everything, and is more than adequate for solo runs. In terms of results, this 6-chlorinated compound is almost equal to harsher androgens such as M1,4ADD and Halodrol; in terms of toxicity, this compound cannot even be compared to them. It's MUCH SAFER AND MUCH MILDER. You won't need to buy a liver support, you won't need to shun alcohol like the plague, and you'll still gain a good 8-10 pounds of solid muscle, while increasing strength and endurance and improving your body composition. Where anabolics and androgens are concerned, 6-Chloro-androst-4-en-17b-ol-3-one is the intelligent choice. A non-toxic, non-estrogenic, strong anabolic.

No I wont be.... I plan on living about 15m away from base and 15m away from family. So somewhere in between Glendale and Peoria.

haha thats so counter productive... That's like going running when you're drunk... it can be done, but it aint going to help lol

discounted gym through costco? thats legit... I love costco haha

    A) holy fuck
    B) Eating healthier aint counter productive better then eating bags of chips. And I still put up the same workout not high, just push harder, focus more when baked.
    C) yeah, costco is legit, might be too legit:cool:

haha yeah it seems like a lot but the "regular" gyms are full of people when I get off at work... a workout would take me from 530 to about 7ish because of all the people working out being counter productive. Where at my new gym all these super rich people take spin classes or use the treadmill... so that extra $35 pays off when I get a full workout in with no waiting and get home earlier to go eat.

what ever floats your boat I guess

    too legit to quit?
