explain this "gym nancy" if by you mean people are fucking stupid and don't know how to use the gym so I get angry then yes... Im a gym nancy haha... I like to go in, hit it hard, and leave like I just left a crime scene

 

Pff when i hit the gym im so fucking zoned on Craze i don't even see people, i see weight plates and me in the mirror.

my friends often tell me how many hot chicks i missed checing out in the gym

 

well I always pick my future wife of the day when I go but thats about it

x2 i always add plates when a hot girl is looking and my "if you drop it you'll look like an idiot" mentality kicks in. i still struggle a little too much to look cool but i get it up there lol

I don't ego lift anymore, the injury is not worth it. no amount of pussy is worth a back muscle tear and 2 month in bed.

yeah i havent done it in awhile lol actually probably because i havent been to the gym in awhile

im starting to switch from heavy lifting to lightish weight with higher reps due to injuries and gonna try to work my way back up to the heavy stuff. i'll just have to ignore the ladies for awhile. maybe go when no ones there lol

 

haha I dont add weight to look dumb but I add weight that I can do with MMC... but once I was so distracted I was doing smith machine calf raises and had 2 45s on the right side and 1 45 and a 25 (from my previous warmup set) ...lol I couldnt help but laughing after I saw what I did... the whole time during my set I was like... god damn this is light... FUK YEAH ITS LIGHT IMMA BIG OL BEAST MOTHER FUCKER..... yeah...

what are..... machines?.....

haha when I ego lift I make sure I eat me some ego waffles before hand
