My friend was a mechanical engineer at SLO and he really liked it. Good luck and I'm sure you will get it, although you may have to get a lifted diesel American truck there to fit in...haha

I stick pretty much to the local threads, t4r and classifieds on this site. Sometimes I'll create a random off-topic thread or post if something catches my eye on the newsfeed.

CU ME grad myself. Boulder is a great college town, definitely a party school, but there are obviously a shit ton of outdoor opportunities in CO including our awesome wheeling. Any questions, just let me know. BTW, I also applied/got accepted to SB and Davis.

hey, people like asking me how to wire things.

CSU baby! Haha. I could never get into boulder as a city, just didnt have the feel I got from Fort Collins. Classic rivalry aside I've met some good people from CU. Knowing engineers from both CU and me being a former ME student at CSU I would tell you to go to CU for engineering. Its much more hands on and direct. I ended up in Construction Management though and CSU is one of the best and has a ton of connections.

You know those mods you do, and afterwards you're thinking to yourself, "Why did I spend so much for something so stupid"

Ya, I just did that. It involves a man that specializes in reupholstering Ferraris.
