I was just joking around. The majority of powerlifters I follow are actually pretty lean considering the amount of calories they take in. Dan Green is fast becoming my all time favorite. The Kroc is a beast!! I never cared much for Stan Efferding. That pic of him sitting on his Bentley just ruined it for me.

I use them all, cuz they all make me big. I dont use machine as my primary though, well Except for legs. Backs too fucked from working in the field to not use for squats.

whey and casein are two different types of things

whey is for the fast acting sources your body needs

casein is a slow digesting carb, meant for like late night use prior to bed or if you know you're not going to be eating any time soon

 

why do you want casein, you do know casein is just a buncha marketing BS right?

Ya the dudes awesome. I have not had the chance to train with him but have met him a few times. I've trained with bell, Jesse burdick, and some of the other jts guys.

 

I do, but the gym I work at only sells Advocare, which is an overpriced pyramid scheme, IMO

The only grocery store around here is Ingles and their generic ass protein is clumpy lol

unfortunately, we don't have Costco in GA (not within driving distance to me, anyway). We do have Sam's Club, but it's owned by Wal Mart and I'm not a fan of their protein
