Nice. Stout as a moose boner.

I'll need to build a little roof over my trailer pad. I'll have to run my design by you, once I have time to make one.

I'm not electrical guru nor have much experience with electrical work, but I just bought a house 2 months ago and in my kitchen I have an outlet with a built-in circuit breaker. This breaker controls the plug it is in and 2 other outlets. The only thing I have plugged into one of the three outlets is my Keurig. Every morning when I wake up I have to reset the breaker so the Keurig will turn on. I know it isn't suppose to trip that often at all, but what bothers me the most is that my wife had a pot roast in the crock pot all day and I get home from work and meat is still raw and the breaker is tripped. What can I do to stop the breaker from tripping so often? Since I don't have much experience with it should I just call an electrician to come look at it?

Is it a GFCI? Go buy a GFCI outlet tester at Home Depot and it will display color-coded lights indicating any faults or correct operation. It could be just a bad GFCI outlet (easy to replace), or it could be a GFCI of the incorrect amperage for that circuit (15A where you need a 20A). If it is working correctly, you are pulling too much amps downstream somewhere. Look at the label on the Kuerig and check that. There may be other outlets, or even lights, on this circuit you are not aware of. How about microwave?

How is it just tripping in the middle of the night if nothing on the circuit is operating? Is your fridge on that circuit?

But if you are not 100% confident working on electrical, just call an electrician.

Sounds to me like that could be too many fixtures on that circuit.

Could be connected to something big like the furnaceor water heater or something that turns on and off with irregularity too...

Is it a GFCI breaker that blows or a regular breaker ?

I'm not sure about the microwave, it could be. I have another GFCI next to the one that trips but it controls the 3 outlets on the kitchen island and the fridge I think. I'll look for one of those testers and check it out. Thanks for the help!

Like I said, I don't know much about this stuff but it's the breaker in the outlet; it has a reset button on it.

    Stock. Purchased 2/17/19. Cement!
I started demolition on my balcony today. At the rate I'm going, it should take about three days. Only to rebuild after winter (One day of rain in San Diego of course). Damn termites. Just hoping they didn't make it inside the home. That would suck balls.

Got the roof decking down today and the roofing underlayment , I used an inexpensive fir 1x6 T&G V groove panelling for the roof sheathing which gives a nice finished appearance from below , for the roof underlayment I used a self adhering granulated eavegaurd product and used some cap staples to secure it against any wind tear off until the concrete tile can be installed

Are you going to leave the space between the 1x and the top of beam open for air flow or close it off?

Ok, thanks for the info. Always that it was a breaker, like something on a smaller scale than the one's in the breaker box. Which, I guess it kinda is but I always just called it a breaker.

No man , you need airflow to dry firewood , the roof and front tall concrete wall will shelter it and a little bit of blowing rain or snow is no big deal , I pitched the slab inside 1 1/2" towards the " door " on the long axis and 1/2" on the short axis so any water that gets in there will drain away
