Lead off with Tabata push ups or ten sets of ten push ups. Try cable flyes and do decline bench. Up your weight and reps.

Did this for the first time in a long while today. My chest has never hurt so bad afterwards.

 

it just sucks being asian with an awkwardly proportioned upper and lower body

makes getting the decline bar off the rack awkward. every fucking time

either too close, so off the rack, im too close to the rack
or too far, buttfucking my shoulders trying to get it off the rack

 

My car got hit while at the gym this morning. No note or anything. pretty good scratches and a small dent.

First reaction "Im gonna smash that fuckers car"

Calmed down thought "Find the car, take pics, call cops, get them for hit and run and have their insurance pay"

 

Good luck, hope you find the SOB. The gym I use to go was nice but the surrounding area was getting bad and anytime after sundown there would be vehicles getting broke into. The week my member ship ended was when vehicles were getting broke into at least 2-3 times a week and there was a shooting and a stray bullet hit the upstairs window in the spinclass room. It's a gold's gym so I'm sure they have the money for security cameras and what not but I don't know if they ever did anything about it all.

 

Holy shit! fuck all that man.

There was a midsize SUV parked next to me and when I left it wasnt there. I also had white/light colored paint on my car. Ill look for a vehicle that matches that on monday.

I got out of the woods last night and I had a major headache, so I wasn't too concerned about not going. Then one of my buddies text me and wanted to play some Ghosts, so, Pizza Hut on the counter, Headache, and Ghosts made for a good combination to not go to the gym.
