    Was lmao when i saw this meme it fully described my experiance while taking no xplode i would take it when i left the house to head to the gym and every day as soon as i got to the gym i would have to deuce it was like clock work. I came to the conclusion they must put some form of laxitive in it so when you weigh yourself your completely empty and think your losing fat :D

    It could be worse last month at my gym (la fitness) when i got there at 5:30 am there was a 25 year old lady on the ground seizing. They called the paramedic and she left in an ambulance still seizing, and when her father came to pick up her car for her later that day it had been broken into and items stolen. Not sure if the scumbag saw what happend in the gym and saw an easy target(hopefully not) or if it was just shitty luck

    If it is the caffiene that does it like kcduran said then you probably have a higher tollerance then i have. And i didnt make that meme so obviously other people had the same experiance i did lol

    i dont wear douchey shirts to the gym but im one of those goes that dont touch my chest. i go down to atleast 90 though anymore than that and my shoulder gives out.

    for people with long arms its not neccesary to touch your chest. Just make sure that in the bottom position of the movement your upper arms are perpendicular to the floor.

    its kinda on going as i have never really done much to correct it.

    i do my warm up consist of short run on the treadmill then light shoulder workouts and then i hit the bench and i usually start light then go from there. on my shoulder days i usually go light but do high reps. every now and then when i "think it feels good" i'll try something heavy but then im back to square one

    i dont plan on competing so i think i'll be ok lol i dont do it for bragging rights or any of that. i just wanna feel healthy and look good lol
