    Don't do barbell-
    I separated both my shoulder and couldn't do barbell bench or anything t do with a barbell for almost 6 months.

    Mash out db's incline and flat, ignor decline.
    I never ever do decline at all. Take the incline bench to the cables and do seated cable press flies and you will hit that bottom like never before.

    I learn from Kai green in a vid and tried it.
    I startw overhead chest pulls focusing on full stretch and contraction followed by rotator cuff and other shoulder related warm ups
    3 sets of that and I have a mad pump in my chest and ready to get busy.
    Hit 135 for stretch contraction reps, 225 stretch contract reps
    For 6 then max rep out on 225.

    The my sets begin and done warm up.

    x2. I don't touch my chest, I come down to about an inch or so away. Seeing results just fine ;)

    I like seeing dudes bounce the bar off their chest.. makes me lolz

    I used to bring the incline bench to the cables, but my gym is a fuckin zoo and the roiders in there might bite my head off if I took up both the towers to do those :eek:

    switching to dumbell and gonna see how that works out. i tried to do switch ups but i usally end up on barbell lol. my thing was barbell one week and dumbell the next
    x2 your not really lifting much if your using momentumfrom the bounce

    lol i dont see you as a tool more so passionate about lifting and i understand that and to each his own, hell i was like that until i fucked up my shoulder and couldnt do it anymore.

    yup. my form is good, but when i was touching my chest it seemed to cause discomfort in my shoulder. Both forms are fine and giving you a proper workout, i just choose not to touch. What I do not respect is those who throw 3 plates on each side and look like they might be moving the bar a total of 6 inches down then back up.. :rolleyes:

    I go down to my chest with DB's but not the bar, feels much bettah.
