Eventually, I'll do the same but it's just not in the cards right now. I have all programmable thermostats so it really only bites me when I get up earlier than I normally do because then I'm taking my shower when the heat kicks on. Even then, it's tolerable, just not really hot. I broke up some of my heating zones and added some heating so that didn't exactly help it any but so far, it's doing well enough to where I'm not planning to change it soon. When the time comes though, I'll add a tank and make it run like a heating zone like you described.

On that note, anyone want to buy a set off All Pro Apex reg-cab sliders. They just need new frame plates/ gussets and a little tlc with a wire wheel and they will be good as new.

 

Sheeeeit. I'm contemplating pulling my 80" Apex off and selling them because they aren't long enough for my limo.

 

Damn, that's not bad at all! I really like the design of his the best, I'm glad I bought them. I need to get them mounted again though... They're still sitting in the garage.

 

Haha, ya drilling is going to suck. I just paid the extra $130 for bolt on because it would end up probably costing the same or more to get them welded on anyways

 

Bolt on is 100% worth it. Much easier to pull a few bolts every couple years and recoat them vs. trying to paint them on the truck.

 

Used over 1/8th of a tank of gas on my way to work from school. Lol.

Hit a bump at stupid speeds and my front end started wobbling like crazy. No me gusta.

It's not so much the suspension as it is the worn out tie rods, both inner and outer, probably my steering rack, and my ball joints

 

I am late to the party but I am gas fired with three heat zone and one zone for the hot water. The tank has a lifetime warranty and is staimless. It was installed in 1988 and I just had that issue with water clarity that after some good flushing has been fine. I like gas forced hotwater heat better than air due to even heating. Our apartment had forced hot air and one second you were hot and the next it was cold again.

 

Our radiant heat isn't bad, we have two zones (updstairs and down). No complaints really.

 

All causing the dreaded "death wobble". He said in his best Boris Karloff voice

 

Yep! Death wobble at _ _ _ mph is scary as all hell.

 

Well if you rebuild the whole front end then you might as well get some quality coilovers on there. Im kidding anyway, i should just stop buying stuff and have those rebuilt on get them on my truck.
