NW WA Meet / BS Thread

Well looks like I have to go into work tomorrow morning. I might be off around 11-noon, maybe.

Mark, do you still have my number (if not shoot me a PM)? Will you hit me up if you're done with your USMC early and plan on heading up to the pass around noon-ish?

 

Enjoy gentlemen and ladies. Have fun in the decimation of snowy trails but know the limits of yourself, your trucks, and your fellow drivers. I say this knowing that my nearly stock truck hasn't found many limitations yet, but she also hasn't spent much time in the snow.

 

I so want to go with you guys, but I really can't afford the gas. It'd take almost a full take just to get there and back, then there's the trails. I definitely will sometime, probably not this run

 

Add me as a possible. I will have PT at 7 AM, I will try to be there by 10.

Right now news is saying chains required on east bound through Snoqualmie Pass. Which means SNOW!!

 

Yep a 92. Just got the whole front end torn off. Tomorrow is plasma cut and grind day. Possible mock up.

the 94 is good but never finished. I destroyed the front axle shafts on little rubicon at tsf a few weeks back. Got some new ones to put it now. I have some bugs to work out before I can trust it fully. But it def will go places. Suprised me a few times!

Ready to go! Just got some off road bits and pieces (gas cans, traction mats, axe/shovel, etc.), loaded up the guns, and will have a mini project of getting my ghetto rigged CB up and running tomorrow. Should be fun and looks like it will be a good turn out tomorrow!

I was stoked to get into the snow, the weather couldn't have been better today for this trip...then I got a sidewall flat. And of course C rated Duratrac's in my size aren't in stock anywhere.

I assume our tacos count as all wheel drive to get out of putting chains on? I have chains but just checking in case others don't have. How many are running cb's?

 

I would throw them in the bed "just in case"... but yeah, we are exempt & I'll have my CB if I can make it
