The article states that he was a lineman but switched to running back because of his speed. I would hate to be a 170 pound safety trying to tackle this guy.

I would hate to be anyone trying to tackle this guy. And for whatever reason I can't grasp the whole speed and 400 pounds thing at the same time.

Beats me. Not sure why he hasn't had more offers. Did a little digging, turns out he plays nose tackle as well. Wish Mullen would go after this guy. Seems like he has potential to be a good player, if he actually has that size and speed combination.

He sounds like he'd be a great left tackle from what I read in the article. Only say that because I was forced to watch The Blind Side for the 1000th time during school today (not complaining about watching a movie all day). I'm not gonna lie though I loveeee recruiting.

I don't know why but I can already see him being that guy that gets little recognition but is considered the lifeline of he team by the coaches. Like Barrett Jones at Bama and Stanford's backup center.

It can be fun, but it also gets ridiculous when grown men get butt hurt over some 17 year old not choosing the "right school." Had people tell me back in Texas that I was going to the wrong college, that I should go somewhere like A&M and be closer to home and it drove me nuts. Can't imagine the pressure on some of these guys.

Hey, this is a football thread. Quit distracting us with your mod duties.

Please continue. You're doing a good job
The man crush he has on our ginger friend has gone too far

He's actually at a party right now, so I would think all is good for him too.

Agreed. From what I've read about this guy, he reminds me of one of the kids I work with down on a Choctaw reservation here. Good guy who is humble and works to better the team, not himself.

I'm at my semiformal, enjoying myself. Just not a fan of some middle aged man calling out friends of mine
