    Quick question, how is the life style out in Yuma, AZ? It is likely that I will get stationed out there beginning of next year. What is there to do? It will be me and my wife moving out there but she won't be out there till late summer. Any good family places I should check out? And places to stay away from?

    ya that is what i have heard...
    if there is fishing and wheeling it sounds good for me. 3hrs isn't bad. basically it is a place that you have to get there and either like it or not and just deal with it?

    Yea there's good fishing on the Colorado & at Martinez lake. Plus you're 3 hours from Diego or Phoenix, little farther to Vegas. Good wheeling and hiking at Anza Borrego or a little farther north up in Death Valley
