I'd leave it, or just go with a rattle can paint job. I've already taken to my sliders with a paint/rust stripper and re-coated them to cover up some gouges. I just used some VHT roll bar paint, because you don't need to prime. Just grind, clean, and re-spray. Don't want to jinx you with any more boulders, though!

lol, hopefully that was a one time mistake :)

I want to have everything looking nice at least once, then I will just touch up any scratches. The powdercoat I got on my roof bar last year is crazy thick and really nice. I want that so you can't see my ugly welds :D

Or maybe I'll have it all professionally bedlined!

I may try stripping the bedliner off next month and spraying it again now that I know how the stuff behaves.

Forreal! Everywhere where I couldn't get a good angle is super gloppy

But I think I could get it right if I take more time so I might try it again. The texture in the good spots is really nice though.

    Here's from today:

lol you found that huh :)

Thanks Chris! Yep, sliders and a rear should be started by the end of the year.

If I buy a winch, I'll build the mount around it. Right now I don't want the weight. A shovel was all I needed every time I have had to do a self recovery so far :D

    Thanks Neil :)

Nah, just weld a receiver on the front bumper too, then you can attach your winch to the front or back if needed. Keep the winch in the bed or cab for better weight distribution ;)
still, easily the nicest frontier on the island
