    Ok......I dont know how to tell if they are "Inside" or "Out side", and I dont feel like poking my finger up there to check. I farted, and it didnt hurt, burn, itch, whatever....SO, Im guessing they/it is "outside".....

    To shed some more light on the getting of the hemroids, in HS i was on a JROTC rifle team and when we were in the kneeling postition we had to use little cylindrical pillows under the leg that was stretched out backwards so that the pressure wouldnt create a hemroid
