I had a few problems today with my 95 tacoma -

Starting it in the morning at 34 degrees I turned the key and the starter just clicked like it had a dead battery. I tried a few more times with no jump or anything and on the 4th try it started perfectly.

Ran fine all day - about 120 miles. Around 2pm my oil pressure gauge went high, voltage gauge went low (both still in the acceptable range) but everything still ran fine. I also noticed when my left or right blinker was on my tachometer would jump by about 800rpm, but I could hear that the rpm of the engine hadn't changed.

When I was just about home, around 4pm I went to turn on my headlights. The lights went on, but my tach and speedometer went down to zero and the key buzzer came on.

I assume its a bad ground somewhere, but can someone lead me in the right direction? Battery terminals are good and the battery is about 2 years old.

    Thx

tacomas have a rap for allot of corrosion on the batt terminals I know you say its good but clean and reinstall them anyways load test your battery and do voltage drop tests on all major circuits this will tell you whats really going on. ive got the paper work on what is exceptible and whats not but I would expect a voltage drop issue due to corosion or loose connections.ive seen this same thing be corrected just by cleaning the batt terminals.I use a red top optima and never have this problem because they dont vent like standard sulfaric acid batterys because they are a jell cell.

I agree. Happened on a friend's truck...starting doing all kinds of weird stuff...cleaned the terminals real good...fixed. Once you get it clean, use those anti-corrosion pads and/or coat with anti corrosion spray (after connected). I too run a Red Top Optima ... it's done great for me.
