I had a blast! Its been a while since I've been able to get out and wheel. I'm a little sore this morning from shoveling, but today is a good day to relax and watch some football.

I will probably head north next weekend and hit some snow up by Baker.

    See you guys next time

affirmative Zach. My AT3s were a big fail yesterday. Ron had to turn back early on street tires. I was too sick to put on my M/Ts and thus got stuck way too easy.

While I do in fact have a 3 day weekend starting Friday, I will have to bow out early. I don't see myself having new tires by then, and I am in fact going to Spokane for the weekend to look at houses.

Are we thinking the same spot? Snow looked good up there but not too deep. Weather is looking stable all week, so there shouldn't be a ton of new snow, but no melt either. I have a dentist appt Saturday and could get my winter tires thrown on as well, so Sunday would have to be the day for me. After that it's Thanksgiving weekend and probably too much snow for high elev snow runs for the rest of the year. Who else is coming?

We should meet and air down in the same spots. It will give us the option to hit Stampede Pass if needed. The trail yesterday was pretty fun though.

I would like to make a request for next weekend's snow run. My request is that every vehicle have a passenger, and every passenger is armed with a camera and shoots lots of pics, then post those pics up here so those of us who can't make it, due to 2wd only (Chris), inadequate tires (Matt and me), or other plans (again me), can live vicariously through the rest of you who can make it.

Thanks to those who comply with my simple and humble request, because I am sitting here wishing I could get through.

Maybe when I am available, I can ride with somebody else. I would even be willing to be the shovel boy or the guy to set the winch line if I get to ride in somebody else's truck for a good snow run. If it can work out, I would like to bring Enzo, my black dog as he loves to play in the snow, but if I am riding with somebody else, he will probably stay at home.

Oh no dudes, can't make it Sunday :(
That's my bday :) and I've got family stuff-- seeing a historian impersonate Teddy Roosevelt at the Seattle Public Library.
Seen it before, it was very good! God I love TR, he was such a quirky guy.

I'm interested in going. My truck has highway M&S tires however. I could use chains or ride with someone else and take pictures.

Looks like it was pretty fun, unfotunately i had too much crap that needed to get done to join you all. Going to need to ride along for next one if I can make it since my stock dunflops would have gotten stuck for sure by sounds of it.
