The watermark is to prove its yours..but offical copyright for publishing might be different..not sure how photos work..Mike would be a good one to talk about that..or anyone here in the pro industry with it..

Light Room is a totally separate program from PS. PS can do it too yes.

Lots of people use both. Mostly because LR is great for organized LOTS of RAW photos and doing quick batch edits. PS is for graphic and intricate work. Then LR can mass export too and put the watermark on..

PS deals with one photo at a time see..so you'd have to import every one one at a time and place it and such..i think..

Either way..LR is a great application that many of us here use thats a great starter program for editing and its affordable. And actually very powerful..

Yeah I really like it. I don't do too much and haven't explored it too much, so hopefully now that I'm in these threads I'll get a bit more inspired to play around with it.
I'm a big bird guy, so having the fast shutter speeds and essentially zero button delay is super nice. I have a 400mm lense that does fantastic work with birds. I'll post some pics from it in a few.

Haha, yeah my parents know what I like to use it for, and my mom's a big birder, too, so they did a lot of research and got the best. I love them so freakin' much.
