    Quoted from facebook, TW member and friend Shane flopped his truck on it's side earlier this afternoon in the Death Valley, Trona area. Somehow, he was able to get it back on 4 wheels, but upon starting the truck it died after 5 seconds. I helped him diagnose it to be a hydro-lock from oil in the combustion chambers, he got the oil out, but now the truck wont start. He suspects the battery died, but we do not know if he has damaged the internals. Possibly need a tow truck, might just need a jump. He is completely alone, no passengers, no other vehicles with him.

    He needs to get back home...anybody in that area willing to help out a fellow TW member?

    If you can help, please PM me so I can contact him on facebook, since that seems to be his only form of communication at this point (oddly enough).

    Latest update as of now, from a friend of his on the facebook thread. Hopefully it's good news for him:

    Wow, glad they were able to find him. Hope he's doing alright now. This just goes to show: DON'T GO OFFROADING ALONE! That accident could have been much worse; look at that slope to the trucks left in one of those pics.

    If anyone is interested I will have some TRD O/R wheels for sale soon. I picked them up from DWreck a little more than a year ago. There is a little bit of rock rash on them from when he had them and from me but no cracks or anything to weaken the wheel. They are plastidipped black. Picked up some Pro Comp 7032's, just waiting for them to get her and have them mounted. If interested let me know. Also still have a 2008 grill, stock O/R suspension, and blacked out oem headlights for sale. Also have prerunner mudflaps and stock carpet floor mats to get rid of.

    I love that truck.except the wheels.it is definitely on airbags. I looked into the tundra racing drop kit but I was quoted 1700 for parts and labor.kind of expensive for what it is.i was wondering who goes where for what as far as performance parts,mods,tune-ups, oil changes, tires,ect
