Mike we bought a Tasimo machine prob 3 years ago and it is still going strong. It is a bosch machine but it is not as popular as yours so the coffee is harder to find

Hmmm.... Might have to give this a shot! It'd be worth it to be able to sell it as a fully functional machine. Thanks for the tip, I'll give it a shot. I have a set of automotive picks that might work for that.

That's the problem with the commercial units, no warranty. Otherwise, I would have been good to go.

We have this place called One Cup right down the street from us so I think we're stuck with the Keurig. It's a decent sized store, just filled with K-cups. They let you mix and match so I can try all sorts of different kinds of coffee. It's a beautiful thing!

Sometimes it takes a couple of times. Without seeing the picks you have, the paperclip works pissah since it is bendable. Just keep at it and you'll probably be freed up in no time.

That One Cup sounds nice..I just got a few of the filter cups so Linda can use whatever she wants, and I don't touch the stuff myself.

Somebody totally needs to open a store next to that one and call it "Two Girls"
That'd be hilarious if they could get the town to approve the name.

Eff the Kuerig. 7 years and three machines later (yes, properly maintained) we got rid of it and went old school, french press. Eliminate technology = eliminate the problems.

Carrier bearing is making a shit ton of noise, thing has a hell of a whistle to it. I'm buying OEM this time, screw Dorman! They clearly do not know how to properly lube a bearing.

No kidding, right? The lady at Rock Auto was really nice though. She said they'd send a new one right away and I told her, listen, this thing takes me about 3 hours to swap out each time it craps out and between the last 2 I haven't even cracked 1,000 miles. I don't want another Dorman bearing, what else ya got :)

ROFL! Whatever you say, broke-ass. My coffee equipment cost less than $40 (press and kettle) and will still be in service for the next 50 years. Kuerig at best will give you a couple years and start to fall apart... Like that silly vehicle you drive

Yeah I'd bitch for an OEM if they have it. Worked for me with the alternator on my dad's old car, a reman'd one died in a month. Guy couldn't believe it when I brought it back in.

Not a bad price to pay for sure. The Keurig I have is about 100..eh, it was what Linda really wanted and she never spends money on herself.

I love French Press coffee, by far the best cup of coffee you can get in my opinion. I'm just lazy and usually grab my cup as I'm running out the door so the Keurig is perfect for us. Plus, Kendra and I like different things (and we don't like what the other one likes) so the single cups is good.

They don't sell anything besides Dorman. I'm going to buy through Camelback for the low price of $150 :(

Re-manufactured is hit or miss. The second rack I put in the old Taco was re-man and shit the bed in 11 months. Luckily the warranty was still good.

I have a Mr. Coffee maker and it works fine. Been considering a press though.

It was an old car and Dad wanted the cheap route, so he got it. Then it died a month later. I walked in with it and put it down, the counter guy (who I knew pretty well) asked what it was and I said "a fine example of the high quality you sell here, died after a month". The guy nearly lost it, swore he'd never had one returned (which I do believe)..and gave me a brand new one for the same price.

I use a Vacuum brewer, personally. Even fewer moving parts than a french press, neener neener!
