    yeah, i was about to ask if you were going to try for some 600#s

    however if you do a plate bumper with a winch, the standard 650#s and valving for stock V6s should be just about spot on for an I4 with a heavier than normal front end

    i'd say 600#s with the standard icon valving then. even tube bumpers are pretty heavy without a winch, and it just makes it that much easier to swap coils to 650s if you need to later. no need to pull apart the entire shock.
