Just curious, are you here to share an experience or to debunk ?

This thread is just about sharing events of weirdness that life doles out to us, not a debate of "Is it real or fake?" kind of thing, I mean your absolutely entitled to your opinion, you could start a thread on the whole believers/nonbelievers.....:notsure:

So, lets take bigfoot for example. Since no bones or ANYTHING in the history of man was EVER found to prove the existence of the squatch, why would it be wrong for me to ask such a question? Kind of like ghosthunters and the finding bigfoot show - how long have these been on and nothing ever found? The second part, please tell us just how said person lends credibility? Maybe this thread should be title "made up stories" and not stuff that has happened. Because, if it happened then that person is claiming it to be real...also, if its real, then where is the proof? Can't have it just one way and not the other. And please, people, don't be posting those stories from reddit on here...

Oh, yeah, forgot this is the internet where all is true.

Casper's Law/ratio, stuff like that indicates maybe why none are found.

I meant that people trained to observe and remember what they observe lend more credibility for the bigfoot sighting. Hunters, military and LEO, people like that.

And, again, this is my OPINION on a subject in the BIGFOOT, ALIEN, SUPERNATURAL thread in a Tacoma website.

Oh, I get it. Hell, a few pages ago people are disputing the same thing. Since I don't see the same response from you towards them, someone must have rustled your jimmies today? Did a bigfoot touch you inappropriately?

I was a city park maintenance worker on the former Naval Air Station Alameda. My office/garage was in the back of the Officer's Club. It was separated from the main building. I liked my garage. I HATED the O'Club. It was dark, damp, fully infested with fleas, and rumors of being haunted from an Officer who committed suicide there in the 50s. A very creepy atmosphere. I only went in when absolutely necessary and never felt comfortable.

One day my city truck had a dead battery. My boss was coming to pick me up and I went to look at a car parked strangely in the corner. There was a lady lying in the reclined front seat. Dead with her face wrapped in a plastic bag. A hose running from a helium tank to the bag. Not an easy mental picture. A bad start to the day.

A few hours later, I was compelled to suddenly lose a few pounds. My city truck was in the shop for a new battery, so driving to the port-a-poddy wasn't an option. I had to find a find a bathroom, and fast. So it was the O'Club. No choice. Didn't turn on all the lights like I usually do, just the hallway from the front door to the bathroom. Doing my business, I heard a quick sound like a pile of leaves moving. Then it stopped. There were four urinals right outside the stall. One by one, they flushed themselves. My hair was standing up. I don't think my pants were all the way up before I made it outside. That was the last time I went in the O'Club!

First of all you're coming in here with some type attitude (at least that's how it's coming off) and second I don't know wtf you're talking about reddit?

I've said t before, I'll say it again, if you don't believe, that's fine, but don't be a dick and basically call people liars just because you haven't had something happen and you're close minded.

So that said , If all you're wanting to do is come in and be a chump don't bother take it somewhere else.

No bigfoot encounters for me I just don't get why people feel compelled to respond to threads that aren't asking if its real or not, just asking if anyone has experienced things in life outside the norm, if someone doesn't like the topic or doesn't believe thats fine, just cruise on, no need to debate or like i said if you feel this strongly start a thread i dunno...

    That wasn't directed toward you.

Oh, and I love stories, too. But thats just what they are, stories - and, if someone wants claims something is true - without proof - then once again, nothing more than a story. And there are some damn good ones on here, too. And some taken from another spot on the web...

So, pointing out a fact (was I wrong about the bones, etc?) instantly translates to calling people liars? How do you figure?
But, since I haven't experienced something I am closed minded, am I right? One thing I won't do, is call names like you seem to be more than willing to do.

Just to be fair, you and your squatch brethren need to go to every disagreeable post on here and call them liars or whatever the hell you want. And since you opened that can of worms, be prepared...
