    So im almost out of whey protein. And from what i have taken in from this thread from the last few months is that i should get ON cause its the best bang for my buck ?

    I used to take it AFTER workout but my coach told me to change it up... so its preworkout along with 1/4 sweet potato (baked with hot spices :drool:)

    I wish they gave me a paycheck. Id rep the shit outta ON!

    edit: also about 30-45m BEFORE bedtime, I take a casein shake blended w/water and a 1/4c oats

    I take a multi and D3 in the morning
    Craze, citrulline malate, creatine mono pre workout
    BCAA intra workout
    ZMA, Fish oil, Glucosamine chondroitin before bed.

    I don't take whey unless i can't eat anymore protein and need a quick fix.

    i eat more than 2lbs of meat a day, protein intake is not much of a problem.
    i can feel it, i just judge by how long i workout, might be placebo but i do feel i recover faster between sets.
