    I take 1.5 serving of Gasparo Aminolast, i start sipping it in the car till i fiinish my workout, i pretty much replace water with BCAA. It taste great and it feel as it help my recovery the next day too. Granted it could be the citrulline malate but it can't hurt. there is no such thing as too much BCAa lol

    Went to the gym with a friend of mine who's been trying to lose weight and get stronger since we were freshmen in college

    in that time, I went from 130 to 155, and have seen pretty good gains in everything

    in the three years he's stayed around 175, and has barely seen any gains at all. Refuses to change his diet, claims butter is good for you because it's 100% "good fat", isn't consistent with his gym schedule, refuses to accept advice, and refuses to change his gym routine to include new exercises because "I don't want to. go do it if you want to. I don't care"

    He claims he doesnt listen to me because he benches more than I do. he's 20 lbs heavier but I do literally everything but the flat bench heavier than him.


    So I made this meme, sent it to him, sent it to all my friends and tagged him on insta. :rofl:

    Welp, got an appointment set up with a local dietitian next week. Hoping she can spot the weaknesses in my diet as well as areas where I need to improve. However, I don't think she has much experience with bodybuilders (I guess that's what I am), but we will see.

    Dietitians are normally very costly and provide u with the min

    Please let me know if you need a recommendation with someone who gives more than the bare min, adjustments on the fly, texts, email, calls, etc, and competes himself....I am so glad I have a coach. Takes all of the guess work out of it while making changes at anytime he or I see fit.

    Did my "Wolverine" workout today. Called for 4 sets of 3 on flat bench. 70%, 80%, 2 sets at 90% of your max (255 for me). Did my first set of 90%, which is 230. Did 235 because I hate the 2.5s. Felt pretty easy, so the last set I went up to 245 and did it 3 times fairly easy. I was pretty excited about it. Got this week and next week of this workout then I'm probably gonna try to max, then do it again. I've been sore every day after doin this workout. Been trying to go up on weight on all the exercises the next time I do them. Seems to be working, I guess. :notsure:

    Either way, I was happy to get 10 lbs under my max 3 times...

    Yeah if you've got recommendations I'm more than happy to at least get in touch with someone and see what they can do. I'm not trying to get quite as big as you, shooting for more a physique base, but I have quite a bit of muscle to put on yet either way.
