    I started them with the number 1 tap while on the mill with a spring guide to keep them squared up. I just took them home to bottom tap. And yeah, all by hand...
    1-1/4" deep, blind hole! :eek: Gotta stop a lot to blow out the chips.

    Thanks! the do look good, but if you measure them, they are all +/- .002 of each other :D Pretty good tolerances for a bracket ;)
    Cant wait to see some pics! They also look great painted if you live in wet/salty areas.
