CU always have better rates, Shell just lowered theirs from 1.74 to 1.25% a few weeks ago, I swooped in on that deal. Plus they don't have any refinance fees.

You guys are lucky to have gotten such low interest rates on your first vehicle! Mine is 12.5% on my truck. And that was with my mom cosigning! Nobody else would give me a loan either, I had to beg the guy at our local bank and the only reason I talked him into it was because he was prior Air Force at the same base I'm at right now.

Yeah, but I can't stand the idea of paying interest haha

 

Some high class business men spend way over that much if they own a small business and what not, plus it has lots of rewards.

 

when I bought the taco I traded in my eclipse (owed about 14 grand on it) they paid it off and got me into the taco at 2.99%

I rarely pay off my credit card but the last time I did with in a week I put 100$ back in it

 

I use my credit card like my bank card... pay off 95% of it every month and let a little bit flow over

My brothers credit union will actually call and say "we are lowering your interest rate by x% which will sav you x/month and overall x amount"

Credit unions are awesome he already had a killer rate at like 2.5 or something. I think he is sitting at 1.5 now.....

 

You would be surprised if you put back $100 a month and see how much accumulates.

well shit everytime i go into a job i ask about OT and the response is always "we allot it sometimes we try not to though" i worked 79 hour weeks at wal-mart a few times (that open to close and some driving time) before they brought down the hammer saying that i work too much. shit was nice but i blew threw it eating and getting
