Salary all day. Especially when you get into upper level management positions

 

I have two credit cards. One I use basically as a debit card: buy stuff, let it sit for a day or two, then pay it off. Helped my credit rating get to a point where an Airman who has student loans was approved for a $30k truck. The other one has 14 months no intrest and it's primarily for big purchases (like the topper I just bought) and as an emergency fall back for big repairs).

On a different note: should I plasti-dip my badges, or debadge?

 

this. the pharmacist i used to work with at walmart got fucked because they were on salary. if they worked OT they would only get an extra $3 per hour which means if they were to make $60 an hour OT would only be $63 an hour where as the hourly pharmacist made $90. fuck salary

thats different because you'd probably just leave short of your time so when the math came down to it you'd actually be making more per hour because you were working less hours

 

this. and i enjoy salary. i hated having hourly jobs, sure sometimes you have to work longer but other times you dont. like leaving early fridays or coming in a little late, taking a longer lunch, company just not being open some days.

 

20 of those 60 hours would be spent on TacomaWorld, so it all evens out.

all depends on the industry. there are definitely pros/cons of both.

For my industry I better have a salary. If I can do the same job as you but you do it in 6 and I do it in 4 why should I be penalized.

Yeah, and changed it to the DIY kit. Took $308 off the order. Means I should get it in about a month's time instead of 5 months for the welded version.

 

And just got off the phone with AllPro Offroad.

They didn't have internet yesterday so they're having to catch up on invoices. But my order shipped out yesterday!

 

Should be close. Mine was $556 for the predator headlight hoops and D2 fog light mounts.
