Holy shit my hammy has never been so sore in my life, i guess 10 sets of deadlift after not doing them for 3 month kinda overdid it.

Myself and Sean got adjusted by a chiropractor during the show Saturday...I don't know what he told Sean but....my neck was the most stubborn this guy had had worked all day and my right leg was a half inch shorter then my left. Had something to do with hamstrings and behind the knee tendons.

Highly recommend going to someone like this who can point out bad shit and get on your case to fix yourself.

Most of us spend hundreds on supps, 30-60 a month on gym memberships, an additional 50-80+ on shoes, straps, chalk etc....why make the excuse that a 2 times a month massage and a once a month or so adjustment is too much money?

yeah muscular imbalance is a bitch, part of the reason why my hips dip to the right in heavy squats.

Started week 2 of the Bizzy workout. My stamina has gone up from last week. On last week's upper day, I did 135 for 20, 18, 15, and 15. Yesterday, I got it 20 times for all 4 sets. I'm a little sore, but not too bad. The cardio isn't kicking my ass as bad this week, either haha

I think my right leg was .5" taller than the left?
Chest was super tight, hammies, etc. He recommended stretching quite a bit to ease some of that up...of course- regular adjustments too...which I know I should be doing..we put our bodies through more than what 'normal' people do. The least we can do is try to keep everything functioning as normal as we can

Edit: a myofacial massage with a ring digging into your chest hurts like a sumabitch

After much trial and error, I have mastered the homemade mass-gainer recipe; it only took 2-3 weeks, but I finally have made them to where I'm happy with the carb, calorie, and protein amounts, as well as it not tasting like pure shit.

2 scoops ON Gold Standard Whey (I prefer vanilla b/c it's plain enough to mix well with anything)

1 packet apple cinnamon and brown sugar oatmeal (it just tasted like shit with plain oats)

1/2 banana or a handful of strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries (whatever flavor you're feeling that day. I haven't mixed them all together b/c that doesn't seem too appetizing)

    1 scoop of peanut butter

    My shake:
    Calories: 530
    Protein: 55
    Carbs: 55

    ON Serious Mass (1 scoop):
    Calories: 625
    Protein: 25
    Carbs: 126

Now, the only thing I wish mine had that Serious Mass doesn't is more carbs, but the more carbs I add in, the shittier it tastes lol. I'm happy with mine the way it is. Mine is a more natural source of macros than Serious Mass. Most importantly, a 12 lb. bag of Serious Mass lasts me 16 days and costs $55. That's $3.44/day. I got a tub of ON whey that has 77 servings for $55. I do 2 shakes a day with 2 scoops per shake. That's 20 days per tub of Serious Mass for only $2.75/day. All the added ingredients are things I'd already have around the house anyway, so I'm coming out on top with my own mass gainer....plus, it's a more natural shake, without all the malodextrin and horse hooves lol.

Nice, I do 2 scoops of ON Strawberry Banana, a whole banana, and a half cup of oats with 2 cups of milk. Was just thinking this morning that I should get some fats in there somehow.

As in the quaker brand that you get at the grocery store? I don't mind them too much.

yeah. I'm not a big oatmeal fan in the first place, so I need as much artificial flavor to mask it as possible lol. The stuff I get now is Quaker, but just in the individual packets.
