    ON is the way to go. I like all the flavors and this stuff actually works, like you can notice an improvement while taking this supp. I havent been running it due to acid reflux problems but will be hopping back on the ON train after finals are over and I can really hit the gym hard again.

    I also just got the hydrolized whey and casein (easier to digest and its a more purer form of protein) cant wait!

    I don't know of many a mass gainer that are priced better for what you are getting, especially among those that aren't laden with sugar. I was crunching numbers the other night and this seemed to be one of the best options among brands I use (or have used)

    But in all seriousness home made protein shakes are too "heavy" for me. They are so rich in flavor that they tend to sort of make me sick... I also live quite a way out of town, and occasionally work out before work and don't have the tools available to make my own shakes.
