    And looking strictly at numbers. There are 12 less servings (half a month) in a bag of serious mass and you get 400 more calories per serving. Pro gainer still has 650+ cals per serving, 10 more grams of protein, and a fraction of the sugar content.

    Calories: 20000
    Protein: 800g
    Sugars: 320g
    Carbs: 4032g

    Pro Complex Gainer:
    Calories: 18200
    Protein: 1680g
    Sugars: 140g
    Carbs: 2380g

    I am aiming for a clean bulk and don't need all the carbs as especially not the sugar. I am at a daily protein deficiency. After crunching numbers, it was an easy decision for me.
