Nothing fancy, but made up some spaghetti with venison meat sauce and whole grain noodles... turned out quite nice.

Tis good beer. Never had it until I moved to PA. I can't understand why it's not available nationwide.

 

Wife made stuffed peppers for dinner.....she can't cook worth a damn, but these were delicious

Funny thing is, that's just his american tv shtick. Download some if his european shows, he's totally, completely different. Actually pleasant, even.

Adobada Spanish for "marinated"

"Carne Adovada" is a variation popular in New Mexican cuisine. The New Mexican version is usually chopped, cubed pork cooked in a red chile sauce with a bit of garlic, and sometimes cumin and other spices. Usually this is served as a soup-like dish. Carne Adovada may also be served wrapped in a burrito, or occasionally found in tacos or enchiladas.


I use a pork shoulder or butt... then let it cook in a crock pot all day long.
