I'm pretty sure weighted pull ups are officially my new least favorite exercise.

Just buy normal ice cream, then add a scoop or two of protein powder. Too easy.

Does anybody else have a "gym nemesis"? Like the person you see in the gym where it is your goal to lift more than them? I usually pick the dudes that look like d-bags. (Usually huge upper body and shrimp dick legs)

The creepy old men who hang out with their junk out in the locker room? Thank god my gym has private shower rooms, I saw enough old balls in the military gym locker room to satisfy a old folks home porn producer.

the "faux" cross-fitters....or as i have now re-named them "weight-slammers". i absolutely hate these motherfuckers. i think their whole goal is to see who can re-rack/slam-on-the-floor 135lbs the loudest. i have figured out their routines and i will just "take up" 1 of the pieces of equipment they are doing next (and by "take up", for example, i mean use 1 of 2 identical squat racks to do squats so that the 2 guys can't use both racks to do identical weights and reps). my goal is to warm up with whatever weight they are doing fast, bad form lifts with and slamming on the ground.....which i could pretty much do now on anything except bench
we had a little run-in last week after i told them to unrack the bench, they claimed it wasn't them, and i said really really loud: "NO ONE ELSE IN HERE DOES DROP SETS ON THE BENCH USING ALL THE 10-POUNDERS"

now, for some reason, they avoid me :D

well.....found a new way to make my body hate me:
step 1: get 4 hours of sleep in 3 days
step 2: do a full ab workout on wednesday (after not having done one in a month)
step 3: do a full leg workout on thursday (step up reps and weight)
    step 4: ????
    step 5: die

    i am getting stronger, though
305 on squats wasn't that hard
    275 deadlifts weren't that hard
295 deadlifts were heavy, but wasn't straining or anything

.....but i'm going to be fucked for the weekend, like this:
