    We have a guy that tries to take up 3 different lifts at a time. He runs through the gym from lift to lift... his attempt at circuit training. if I need one of the 3 racks he's using, me and my boy just commandeer that shit. He can work in with us, but he's gotta wait his ass up until i'm done liftin and re-rack his own weights

    haha owned... i honestly hate when people do circuits on the main gym floor... shit i hate it when they do super sets... I only super set when my buddy goes to the gym with me.... if you wanna use more than one fucking thing come earlier or stay later.... fuckers

    on another note had the vanilla ice cream ON whey this morning and it wasent great tasting good thing I bought 5lb of it :eek: the cellucor was definitely better tasting but well see the results of the ON

    the ON proteins are kinda watered down if you ask me... I used to drink something that literally tasted like a McDonalds milk shake... but the results Ive seen with ON outweigh the "taste" which out of 10 Id say is an 8. ON is a clean source and no additives and has been around, practically for ever... true testament

    If you go all out cross fit gay, you should be in a cross fit box. But some people don't like paying $100-$200/month (howdafuq can these places get away with that?) so they try to imitate their workouts at a gym. Thats probably what he's referring to.
