Hey I just got my tacoma and wanted to upgrade to 5100's. Was wondering if many people had trouble with getting there alingment when they were set at 2.5" ?? Also wondering if anyone has done a body lift as well as the billy's? Any thought?

I personally just got billies put on, but only to level out the rake so they are set at 1.75. Then got new wheels and tires at the same time and had it aligned, no problems. There are MANY MANY MANY people who have billies on, along with lifts. At the top of your forums page, theres a tab that says search. Just type in Billies 5100, or basically anything of the like, and check out all the forums. Welcome to TW!

Some people have alignment issues at 2.5" some dont. Lots of choices for alignments correction aids (aftermarket UCA's). I would recommend staying away from body lifts just stick with lifting using suspension components!

I went to the Bilstein site, and the 5100's do not come up when you type in Toyota Tacoma. Also on the site it says that the 5100's are not adjustable.

I am confused. I thought you could put them at various settings?

285/75/16 with a 1.5" AAL. There are lots of people that run 265/70/17 with stock TSB/Non TSB leaves though.
