Jameis has been very quiet. I believe he did not want his girlfriend to know what happened. She was flying into Tally the next day. Not sure what happened, consent or not, something happened. The fact that she had pictures on her social media of her at frat partys 2 DAYS later, may say something. Or that fact that she was in the student section for the FSU/Miami game this year? Then she disappears and everything starts disappearing from her twitter/facebook... I'm not saying that Jameis is blameless, but is kinda looks like the "Imaginary girlfriend"...sorry ND fans... If you remember, that story came out about the same time, right before the Heisman and the NC.

 

Jameis is silent because he has been told not to comment on it by the school and his lawyer.

 

Should be interesting how it all plays out. In the end, the truth always comes out. Has the girl really been done wrong or is she looking for money now that he's in the big time.......who knows?

 

I can't comment on any of the stuff about the girl, b/c I don't know anything more than anybody else.

The fake girlfriend wasn't known until after both the Heisman and the NC game. It might have been a distraction for Manti, but it wasn't known by the media/fans/etc until after the season was completely done.

 

Why do these guys have to assualt these girls anyways as football stars I am sure they can have the pick of the litter a lot of the times.

 

More than likely, that is the case here. She was one of the litter, and now that he's "Famous Jameis", her family sees this as a possible financial benefit. Just speculating though.

 

I thought that, too, but she filed the first complaint back before he was even named the starter.

 

And now that he is "Famous Jameis" the case magically gets kicked back up.

 

But if she/her lawyer really were "warned" to not pursue the case, I can see why she dropped it. Young girl, in college, doesn't want her life to be a living hell. Now she's had enough and she got the courage to bring it back up. I don't even really know who brought it up this time. BUT...if he IS guilty, and I'm not saying he is, even though her lawyer spoke today and said that she was CLEARLY raped, then I don't care how long she waited to brig it back up, he deserves to be punished.

 

She didn't bring it back up. Tampa bay Times received an anonymous tip to ask about the case. Which is believed to have been from the girls lawyer who happens to be her aunt. The girl said she just wanted to move on and leave everything behind her.

 

I heard she was "the other girl" and when Jameis' girlfriend came to town he put her out and she got jealous or some shit. Just what I've heard
