Yoooo. Yep winter is right around the corner... here already in some parts of the country. Ah so ya found someone to fab it up, the tire carrier is gonna be bad ass. You gonna get some jerry can holders on there? I'm just as antsy, when it gets here I'll look like this --> :goingcrazy:

Yep, cheap and effective. You're bound to hit some shit so touching up takes a minute to shake the can & spray. Ta-Da, done.

A video comparison of the rear jump seat bench before and after using Dynamat:

Also toyed with the idea of putting my fender flares back on:

I say leave them off. I think that the only factory flares that look good are the 01-4's because they're a lot bulkier.

With a lift and tires as big as you have, the flares look so small IMO.

That's cause the 01-04 don't have a choice ;) unless they want to reveal those holes in the body (stupid Toyota)

    Very stupid haha

I think when I go 35's I'm pretty much going to have to remove them. So I'll just trim the fenders high enough to get rid of the holes. Or I could just get fiberglass....

Here is a video of the sound comparison, driver side has Dynamat, the other side does not:

I forget how high up the holes are, but I'd just cut em.. if you hate it then glass will pretty much be the only way to go hah

They go pretty high up.... I could just fill in the holes with fiberglass and paint it. You'd barely even notice it then.

Higher than I remember them being, that might be the way to go.. as they say in cooking, you can always add but you can never take away... I think that applies here (or anywhere) with trimming/cutting

Well Christmas is right around the corner so you won't have to wait much longer. No word yet, I'll try and contact Tim again so I can let my Dad know if he has to pic up my bumper or not

I would definitely get 2, it all depends how many and how thick you want your coats to be though

One coat as thick as I can get it without having the derp run, and then a few lighter coats after that just to add thickness. Prep it very well, it'll make clean up that much more enjoyable

Alright thanks! Gotta clean up my front bumper dad spilt solvent on it, so it ate through the deep. So might as well do the rear while we are at it

If you like the looks of it why not make it permanent and go Bed Liner, at least w/ the chrome

I've seen Fredmeyer carry it on one occasion

My best bet would be with numbers 1 & 2

I recommend Rustoleum bedliner. Easy to spray and comes out looking great!
