Keep me in mind if you need tools for that kind of work man. I have a ton of that stuff, like a tile saw..

We will see what the fun funds look like after I get through closing . I need to pick up a washer/dryer and a dining room set . Everything else I have. Need to wire up my generator and put 220 in the garage so I can run a welder . A few other projects in mind for next summer but they aren't to high on the priority list . All in do time .

Congrats man! My wife and I just closed on our first home July 30th. Hoping everything goes smoothly for you at closing.

Nothing better than having that first cup of coffee after sleeping in your new house.

I thought closing was much easier than I thought it would be. Maybe ours just went really well, but the hardest part was signing our names 100000000 times. But, we didn't have any lingering issues from the final walkthrough that needed to be addressed, and already did all of our price negotiations for things that were wrong/ getting them to fix some cracks in the foundation/ put in a radon mitigation pump. It was really just sign, wait to confirm the seller signed their stuff, and get keys.

Single best advice I can give is just make a list and prioritize it. Don't try to do it all at once, you'll kill yourself and end up getting little if anything accomplished. My friend's father learned that the hard way and then took a beating selling the house with all the unfinished stuff after he looked around and was overwhelmed.

Nah, more like learn from my stupid ass so you don't have your license pulled, plus drop about 12 grand. And that was before the laws changed, it's worse now.

Haha..still remember doing drunken Super Sprint races on PS1

    Black Friday!

We're getting some new furniture tomorrow (hopefully) at a company's pre-Black Friday sale. We bought all of our appliances during a Memorial Day sale at Sears (30% off) and saved a little more by picking our stuff up at their distribution center rather than having it delivered.

There was a play station one!? :D

I used to rock a NES and N64.

My step brother has every console from the Atari onward.
