IMO it just doesnt flow with the truck, looks out of place.

 

That's one of the most (if not THE most) well engineered plate bumpers money can buy.

Lots of first hand experience with it on a good friend's truck down in Florida.
With the current options out there, if i were to buy another plate bumper right now, that would be it.

I was hung-up on the front of it, but I really like the lines of the sides. It also stops about 2" short of the wheel well so if you trim for 35's it looks perfect. I guess l'll keep looking...

 

Its your bumper, dont let anyone else deter you from getting it just over looks.

Personally I think my Pelfreybilt is one of the best looking out there. 2nd I'd go with Relentless if he didnt take so long and had better customer service.

 

i like those but im kind of disappointed at how the light hoops came out.

 

Actually, now that I've seen the additional pictures of it on the truck it looks sweet as hell. The pics on the website leave a lot to be desired! Colin thanks for the visuals!

i said i liked it and im actually set on going either Full CBI or Full Brute unless Derpwerx is gonna have time next spring to fab some cool stuff

 

It's a good looking bumper and has all of the items a front bumper needs; light hoops, recovery points, and winch capable. If you like it go for it. Definitely get the light hoops. Mine have saved me several times.

The only downside of my ARB is the lack of recovery points. Maybe one day I'll get around to adding the recovery points, cutting out the turn signal pockets for led bars, and tucking the sides in to match the fenders. Just have to get it powdercoated again after.

 

Strip it and paint it? That way if you scrape off some paint you can just repaint instead of trying to re powdercoat the whole thing

 

I was just going to get the center hoop. So are you talking about the headlight hoops. Never been a fan of how they look aesthetically. But I'm certainly open to changing my mind, unlike the naysayers on here...

 

it is a very good looking bumper. maybe it's the skinny tires or the shiny paint on it (jason has flat bedliner on his), but for some reason, it looks very different on lyndall's truck.

but like i said, extremely well engineered. you will not find a bumper stronger than that, that doesn't weigh 300 lbs.

as with all of their stuff, CBI put some real time and effor into the design.

Headlight hoops may not look awesome but they will help protect your truck.. Also if you have a rack you can attach brush guard wires to them

 

i like headlight hoops they look cool to me but also add some security so your headlights dont end up like dennis'

 

i love those with the roof light hoops with the wire connecting the hoops to the headlight hoops

Yup, the headlight hoops. They stick up enough so you can see where the front corner of your truck is. I've pushed many a tree out of the way with them.
