Yep. I was wrong. Vendor sent out misleading e-mail. Lied about it. Now another vendor is digging a hole. I bet the whole thread gets deleted by the mods so our vendors don;t have but hurt in public even though I am remaining civil.

Does your complex have a policy when someone takes your spot? If not that is when you remove the tire valve stem and replace it when the tire is deflated. If you are really pissed off you do it to two of the tires.

I wondered myself so I did a quick search.

Here is how customer service should be. I ordered a buffer and some pads from Autogeek yesterday. Buffer ended up being 23% off and the pads 10% off with free shipping. The initial order had all items in stock. I received a separate email in about 2 hours telling me one of the pads was out of stock and would ship in 7 to 10 days. There was also a phone number for me to call with questions about the back order.

You have to understand that I understand that keeping inventory and a website in sync can be pretty hard to do. I am sure that when the parts puller was packaging the order for shipment there was no yellow pads in the parts bin so she/he automatically generated the email.

Oh and I received shipping confirmation last night along with a tracking number.

I have wanted this buffer for about a year now and as it happens I have a detail on a white Range Rover next weekend.

I returned the last of the unused hardware crap from the laundry fiasco last night, so that junk is all out of my way now.

I just want to be left alone with some quality time for myself. I keep having all these ideas, but no time to put them down on paper. Well now I do, dadgummit. This will be the only weekend in November I have to myself!

And I hope you feel better...maybe an internal alcohol application would help...later today of course...but then an occasional Irish Coffee is always nice too.

 

Morning nap time for me. Got to run the snow blower in a few hours...that's a good thing because yesterdays freezing rain turned into about 6 inches of snow. Snow>ice ALWAYS.
